I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were wonderful in terms of comfort, but some issues with temperature and air quality aggravated my sinuses a bit. However, the service was top-notch with diligent staff quickly addressing any concerns. The location was convenient, being right in the middle of Charleston and Summerville, but the uncomfortable mattress was a downside. The dining was good, although some items needed quicker replenishing. Despite these details, I found the hotel to be a good value overall.

The room at this hotel was very quiet, even though we were next to the elevator, it sounded like it was on its last leg. The room itself was very nice, and the employees were friendly. However, I wouldn't choose that room again, especially since there were no coffee pods left in my room.
